Delivery Time
Orders ship from Monday to Saturday from our London, England, Germany, Los Angeles, California premises. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 5-7 days.
Processing Delivery and Dispatch times
On all orders please allow 1-4 working days processing. Delivery times are approximate. Processing time is 1-3 days. Orders are sent with Tracked Delivery Service. Orders are billed in British Pounds (GBP). UK Orders generally arrive within 1-3 business days from dispatch. European orders arrive within 3-7 business days from dispatch. International orders arrive within 7-12 business days from dispatch. We aim to dispatch within 2-3 days. Please note that we are not shipping to Russia .During the Covid pandemic times are approximate. Times are longer of any country is in lockdown or has boarder and entry restrictions. This can very per country, times can add 10-15 longer shipping times.
Duties and Taxes

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted, as we can't disrupt the flow in our warehouse. Please make sure to double check your order before starting the checkout process. You will have to follow our normal return procedure.
Did my order go through?
I didn't get a confirmation email. Sometimes order confirmation emails get delayed (or marked as spam). If you reach a page with an order number, your order has been placed. Save this number for your records.
I ordered the wrong size or colour?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once your order has been submitted. Please make sure to double check your order before starting the checkout process.
My order was cancelled immediately?
We use a fraud prevention service that may automatically cancel and refund your order if it does not pass their filters. At this time, we are unable to ship orders to accounts that do not meet their criteria.
Was I charged multiple times?
When you are checking out, your credit card company puts an authorisation hold for the order amount on your card. If there are any validation errors (addresses don't match, CVV fails, etc.) your payment will be declined. A card hold is typically released 3-5 business days after it is made, depending on your bank. If you attempt to check out multiple times, your card will be authorised multiple times.
What are the restrictions on promos, deals, coupons, discounts, etc?
Promotions are online only. Discounts apply before taxes and shipping. Items marked final sale are final sale. Items purchased as part of a bundle are final sale. Discounts may not apply on select items. One code per checkout - the last code you enter will supersede any previous codes entered. Not applicable on previous orders, no adjustments, no cash value.
